On behalf of Hawfield Farms, I’m pleased to announce that we are improving our maintenance request process using the Landport Work Order Management System. We are implementing this system to provide our residents with a more efficient way to send and monitor maintenance requests. To start using Landport, please follow the simple instructions below:
- Type in your user id and password: (that you received in the memo)
- Press the "Login" button to access your personal account.
- Click the link "Create Request" and follow the directions to describe and submit your maintenance request.
It's easy to use. You may track maintenance request progress at any time by simply logging-in.
